TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposit Payment of £30pp has to be made when booking. All deposit payments and accommodation details are confirmed by return (usually within a 12 hours). If we are unable to accommodate you on your confirmed dates or if an alternative date cannot be reached your deposit is fully refunded
Final balance of your Walking Package is due 45 days before arrival. Once your final payment has been received we will forward your final details for your walk including all details regarding your accommodation.
Payments can be made by:- Cheque - Directly into the bank - Western Union - Cash - Debit/Credit Card (Debit/Credit or direct payment via Paypal incurs a 2% Surcharge - only on balance payment, not on deposit payment),Cheques must be made payable to Scottish Walks and sent to: Unit 542, 355 Byres Road, Glasgow, G12 8QZ. We will confirm all payments in writing and by return post.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellation will only be accepted from the date in which Scottish Walks receives the letter of cancellation. Deposit Payments are non-refundable.
